I have recently aquired two rather interesting baskets. They are approx 2' tall, 12" dia with a rim that is 4" deep from the top of the basket and 20" dia and it has 2 hinged handles on the top attached to the center basket. It kind of looks like a mens top hat and is make of reeds. We were thinking that it was a laundry basket and that you put the clothes pins around the rim...but are not really sure of what exactly it is and its value. If anyone has any ideas it would be really helpful.
