I also have the picnic basket. It has the name Shelton then an Indian head, then the word Basket. It does not have the 01 under it. There is a piece of elastic on the inside of the lid for your silverware. I also have a basket that goes inside the picnic basket. There are clips that hold the insert basket to the side edges. The insert basket is only about 3"deep, but nests into and hangs across the top of the basket. Please email me with any information you might have. Thank you, Deb
